What is the Paleo Diet?
The Paleo Diet is a diet based on vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds with healthy fats and oils. The specific feature of this diet is the cooking without to process foods. In fact is avoided to process the foods. The name of Paleo Diet comes from Paleolithic Age, when the people ate only cruelty food. In the year 2013 this diet was very popular in the world, and at the same time, the controversies didn’t wait to appear. The science and the studies made about it, help us to eliminate some doubts regarding it. Here is the relevant study about this diet.

The studies about this diet shows how quickly glucose is reduced from the blood. This is happened because the glucose tolerance is increases, which is a marker for those people who suffer from insulin resistance and diabetes.
